Luis Joaquín Chavez concentrates his practice on private and public parties’ controversies resolution, as well as planning and implementation of legal risks mitigation strategies. He has served as director of the regulatory and controversial area in Heineken, Mexico, and previously worked as part of the legal team in Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa and Co. He has also been a part time lecturer of the Legal Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey, teaching the course of Tax and Administrative Litigation.

Adriana Montserrat Escalante Cepeda
+Prior to joining TCH Abogados, Montserrat spent more than three years serving at the Federal Judicial Power, working hand by hand with diverse Criminal Courts and Collegiate Courts focused on Labour law.
She has also served at the Human Resources area at the Integral Family Development System and the Attorney’s Office for Children and Adolescents’ protection. She has been part of TCH Abogados legal team since July 2020 and has been performing as litigation lawyer and office administrator.

+Martha Reynoso is a corporate lawyer with high English-Spanish legal translation skills, she worked at the International Legal Department at Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma SA de CV from 2004 to 2009 and has collaborated with TCH Abogados since May 2018. At the moment, she is acting as Second Trustee of the H. Ayuntamiento de San Pedro Garza García.

Joined TCH Abogados in March 2022.
